Privé Revaux accepts returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. There is a $4.95 fee for the printable return shipping label, which will be deducted from the refund. All products purchased from priverevaux.com, with the exception of discontinued sale products, free products, gifts cards, e-gift cards, or items marked for final sale, can be returned within 30 days. Please just make sure they are unused and in their original packaging. Items purchased from Authorized PRIVE REVAUX retailers must be returned at the place of purchase.

For shipping, Privé Revaux offers free standard shipping (6-8 day delivery) on all domestic, non-prescription orders over $50. For orders below $50, U.S. Standard Shipping is available for $9.99 and Next Day Shipping for $19.00. Prescription/optical orders require a little more time to customize your lens, but you should expect delivery within 21-28 days. For Canada orders, expect 7-10 Days for non-prescription orders and 21-28 days for prescription/optical orders. Prescription items are not available to ship to Puerto Rico or APO. If you purchased prescription lenses in addition to other products or accessories, your products are shipped as soon as they are ready. That means you’ll likely receive your accessories or non-customized products first, while you wait patiently for your prescription order.

If you are unsatisfied with your order, Prive Revaux accepts returns within 30 days of your original purchase date. Returns and exchanges are free of charge for U.S. orders only. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. However, discontinued sale products or items marked for final sale cannot be returned.
